Tell you how much I "enjoyed" the race! I guess if I would have been in better shape . . . maybe that would have helped :) The course was marked very well . . . the Aid Station volunteers were GREAT (cheerful and upbeat and happy to help . . . and I especially liked getting the doggie kisses at the long out and back Aid Station at the turnaround :) The other runners kept telling me how great I was doing . . . LIARS :) Ya'll did a terrific job!!!! Thanks for all your hard work in putting the race on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for a great time and a great race, I feel privileged to be in the same running team as you!

Thanks to you and your race crew for a really fun Cross Timbers race. I ran the 1/2 M yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the event. My friend Karl Swierenga (who ran the 5 mile) and I have made it an annual trip for the last few years, usually around the first of the year, to come up from Dallas and do a long run on the trail; this was the first time we made it up for the race. We both enjoy the supportive and friendly atmosphere of the participants and volunteers and we were particularly pleased with the weather you brought in for us ;-)
I had never gone out as far on the trail as I did yesterday; I've probably only made it to the 5 mi. mark. Thus, it seemed like getting to the turn around took forever. On the return trip I benefited from my previous experience on the trail as it helped me to gauge my effort.
Thanks again and I hope that our schedules allow us to make it back next year.

My family and I had an absolute wonderful time. You put on a fantastic race, and it was so organized/well run/attended. Despite the trails being marked wonderfully, I managed to run 16 miles on the half instead of the c. 14.5; I took a wrong turn, but thanks to Judy (don¢t know her last name), I was turned around. Still, I just considered it an extra 1 ½ miles of fun.
Thanks again for all that you did to make the weekend spectacular.

Thanks for having me out to shoot the race on Saturday. I had a great time, and I think the runners were really appreciative of all of your hard work (and of course for the good weather). I’ll have the photos up on the website tomorrow. The URL is: www.team-danger.com . I would appreciate it if you could put this address on your website, and I’ll try to also get it on the NTTR website. After you have a chance to look through them, let me know which if any you want to send to Ultrarunning Mag, or to your sponsors, or to have on your website.

Teresa, you and your volunteers did an outstanding job at Crosstimbers this weekend. Thanks for putting on this race. You are awesome!

CTTR again proved to be an outstanding run- thanks to Teresa and all of her volunteers. I think Teresa has perfected the set-up at the pavilion start/finish area. Fine Italian cuisine served at our pre-race dinner Friday evening; my gratitude to whomever made all those yummy brownies! We again had the illustrious race day chef cooking up burgers for the finishers. And never forget our faithful aid station volunteers.
If anyone missed Larry’s gourmet buffet out in the middle of ‘no where’ you missed a treat! I was enjoying a truffles tasting along with the fresh blueberries, strawberries- no end to the choices. Larry’s aid station was certainly a treat to look forward on the way back.
Teresa, thanks for the months in planning and organizing it took to provide a great race for us in North Texas .

Thanks for another very enjoyable race. Every CTTR has been memorable for me for different reasons. You put on a very special race. My buddy, Ron Alvey, was impressed that you called to check on him. He enjoyed a really good race until his injury right toward the end of the race. Two other friends run the 5 miler. Thanks again for all you and the volunteers do to help us enjoy such a nice run!

Never got to say thanks to Teresa for CT last Sat. Great race with very good weather. Please let the volunteers know that we appreciated them very much.
